Bob de Camaro

Ingredients :

  • Olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, red pepper
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 500 g of prawns
  • Lemon juice
  • Parsley

Preparation :

  • In a pot, brown the onions with the pepper and the garlic with the spices.
  • Add the tomatoes, rice and shrimp.
  • Then add the coconut milk, water and lemon juice and cook.
