Bob de Camaro
Ingredients :
- Olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 red pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, red pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 4 cups of water
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 500 g of prawns
- Lemon juice
- Parsley
Preparation :
- In a pot, brown the onions with the pepper and the garlic with the spices.
- Add the tomatoes, rice and shrimp.
- Then add the coconut milk, water and lemon juice and cook.
