Russian meatball

Ingredients :

  • 500g minced meat
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 small potato (raw)
  • 3 slices of soft bread
  • 150 ml of milk
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation :

  • Start by soaking the sandwich bread with milk
  • In an electric food processor, mix the onions, the potato, the minced meat.
  • Add the soaked bread, then the salt, pepper and eggs, and mix again.
  • Shape into balls and fry them over medium heat from all sides.
  • In a saucepan, put 3 large tablespoons of oil (in which we fry your meatballs) , add the meatballs, water and simmer for a few minutes.
