Russian meatball
Ingredients :
- 500g minced meat
- 1 small onion
- 1 egg
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 small potato (raw)
- 3 slices of soft bread
- 150 ml of milk
- Salt, pepper
Preparation :
- Start by soaking the sandwich bread with milk
- In an electric food processor, mix the onions, the potato, the minced meat.
- Add the soaked bread, then the salt, pepper and eggs, and mix again.
- Shape into balls and fry them over medium heat from all sides.
- In a saucepan, put 3 large tablespoons of oil (in which we fry your meatballs) , add the meatballs, water and simmer for a few minutes.
