Chawarma

Ingredients :

  • Lebanese bread
  • 1 kilo of chicken breast
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Ginger
  • Paprika
  • Clove
  • Turmeric
  • Cardamom

Preparation :

  • After cutting the chicken, add the garlic, black pepper, cinnamon, cumin, cilantro, ginger, paprika, cloves, turmeric, cardamom.
  • Add a cup of natural yogurt, a quarter of a cup of oil, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, the juice of one lemon, the concentrated tomato and mix everything together. marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
  • After 3 hours, in a frying pan, heat the oil
  • And let the mixture simmer over medium heat.
