Chawarma
Ingredients :
- Lebanese bread
- 1 kilo of chicken breast
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- Juice of one lemon
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Cinnamon
- Cumin
- Coriander
- Ginger
- Paprika
- Clove
- Turmeric
- Cardamom
Preparation :
- After cutting the chicken, add the garlic, black pepper, cinnamon, cumin, cilantro, ginger, paprika, cloves, turmeric, cardamom.
- Add a cup of natural yogurt, a quarter of a cup of oil, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, the juice of one lemon, the concentrated tomato and mix everything together. marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
- After 3 hours, in a frying pan, heat the oil
- And let the mixture simmer over medium heat.
