Cheesecake

Ingredients :

  • For the biscuit:
  • 100 g of biscuit
  • 65g melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of ground almonds
  • For the cream:
  • 45g of sugar
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 100 ml of liquid cream
  • 90g of cream cheese
  • 60g of cheese portion

Preparation :

  • For the biscuit:
  • Crumble the cookies, add the ground almonds, butter, mix and let it for the next step.
  • For the cream:
  • With an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese, the cheese portion and the sugar.
  • Add the lemon juice and lemon zest and mix.
  • Whip the liquid cream until smooth and add it to the mixture.
  • Prepare your Cheesecake.
