Cheesecake
Ingredients :
- For the biscuit:
- 100 g of biscuit
- 65g melted butter
- 2 tablespoons of ground almonds
- For the cream:
- 45g of sugar
- Zest of one lemon
- Juice of one lemon
- 100 ml of liquid cream
- 90g of cream cheese
- 60g of cheese portion
Preparation :
- For the biscuit:
- Crumble the cookies, add the ground almonds, butter, mix and let it for the next step.
- For the cream:
- With an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese, the cheese portion and the sugar.
- Add the lemon juice and lemon zest and mix.
- Whip the liquid cream until smooth and add it to the mixture.
- Prepare your Cheesecake.
