Mango juice dessert
Mango lovers? A sumptuous Panna Cotta with mango coulis recipe that you're gonna love!
Ingredients :
- 400 ml of cream
- 125 ml of milk
- 60g suger
- 3 Gelatin sheets
- 1 Mango
- ½ Lemon
- 60g Caster sugar
Preparation :
- Fill a bowl with cold water and place the gelatin sheets in it until they become soft.
- In a saucepan heat the cream with the milk and sugar over low heat
- When the mixture comes to a simmer and the sugar has dissolved, remove the pan from the heat and add the drained gelatin then mix well.
- Pour the panna cotta into small jars, then store in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Meanwhile, prepare the mango coulis by peeling the mango and keeping only the flesh (possibility of replacing with mango juice)
- Cut the mango into large cubes then put it in the blender with the juice of half a lemon and the caster sugar. Mix until obtaining the consistency of a thick sauce.
