Mango juice dessert

Mango lovers? A sumptuous Panna Cotta with mango coulis recipe that you're gonna love!

Ingredients :

  • 400 ml of cream
  • 125 ml of milk
  • 60g suger
  • 3 Gelatin sheets
  • 1 Mango
  • ½ Lemon
  • 60g Caster sugar

Preparation :

  • Fill a bowl with cold water and place the gelatin sheets in it until they become soft.
  • In a saucepan heat the cream with the milk and sugar over low heat
  • When the mixture comes to a simmer and the sugar has dissolved, remove the pan from the heat and add the drained gelatin then mix well.
  • Pour the panna cotta into small jars, then store in the fridge for 4 hours.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the mango coulis by peeling the mango and keeping only the flesh (possibility of replacing with mango juice)
  • Cut the mango into large cubes then put it in the blender with the juice of half a lemon and the caster sugar. Mix until obtaining the consistency of a thick sauce.
