Fattoucheh
Ingredients :
- 1 lettuce salad
- A bunch of mint
- A bunch of parsley
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 5 radishes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 Lebanese bread
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dry mint
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of sumac
Preparation :
- 1. Cut the bread into small cubes and fry them over high heat.
- 2. Cut the salad, the tomatoes into small cubes, the cucumber, onion and parsley.
- 3. Prepare the sauce: With the olive oil, combine the sumac, salt, black pepper, garlic and lemon juice.
- 4. Place the vegetables on a large plate, the sauce and the fried bread.
- 6. Decorate with dry mint and fresh mint and serve cold.
