Fricassé

Ingredients :

  • 500 g flour
  • 5g baker's yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • About 250 ml of lukewarm water
  • The stuffing:
  • Pomme de terre
  • Parsley
  • A hard egg
  • Green olives
  • Tuna
  • Harissa
  • Mayonnaise
  • 6 black olives
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation :

  • Start with the dough;
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, powdered milk, oil, eggs in addition to lukewarm water and knead until your dough is formed.
  • Let rise, then knead for a while, then roll out your dough.
  • Form circles with a round mold. Fry them on a strong fire.
  • For the stuffing:
  • Combine the boiled potatoes, tuna, hard-boiled eggs and metal
  • Prepare a light sauce with mayonnaise and Hrissa
  • Shape your Fricassé; stuff them.
