Fricassé
Ingredients :
- 500 g flour
- 5g baker's yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of powdered milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- About 250 ml of lukewarm water
- The stuffing:
- Pomme de terre
- Parsley
- A hard egg
- Green olives
- Tuna
- Harissa
- Mayonnaise
- 6 black olives
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of coriander
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation :
- Start with the dough;
- Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, powdered milk, oil, eggs in addition to lukewarm water and knead until your dough is formed.
- Let rise, then knead for a while, then roll out your dough.
- Form circles with a round mold. Fry them on a strong fire.
- For the stuffing:
- Combine the boiled potatoes, tuna, hard-boiled eggs and metal
- Prepare a light sauce with mayonnaise and Hrissa
- Shape your Fricassé; stuff them.
