Ingredients :
- Dough:
- 500 g flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of baker's yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 250 ml of hot milk
- 125 ml of natural yogurt
- 130 ml of oil
- Stuff:
- 1 kg of minced meat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon of cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon of paprika
- 2 crushed tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tomatoes, crushed
Preparation :
- Dough:
- Mix all the ingredients and knead them for a few minutes.
- Let the dough sit for an hour and a half
- Stuff:
- Heat the oil over medium heat in a pan.
- Fry the onion for 1 minute.
- Add the minced meat and the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Cook for 10 minutes, mixing regularly.
- Shaping:
- Form 12 balls.
- Roll out each ball and put the stuffing in it, close and flatten them a little.
- Brush them and cook them at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
