Healthy / Energy Balls

Balanced and gourmet “Energy Balls” for your breakfasts and snacks.

Ingredients :

  • 1 mug of Medjool dates
  • 1 packet of dried frozen mangoes⁠
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric⁠
  • 1 mug of raw cashew nuts
  • 1/2 mug of grated coconut⁠
  • 1 teaspoon of water⁠

Preparation :

  • Mix the mangoes in a blender until they become powder⁠
  • Mix the dates, mango powder, cashews, turmeric, coconut and water⁠
  • Shape balls with your hands⁠
