Healthy / Energy Balls
Balanced and gourmet “Energy Balls” for your breakfasts and snacks.
Ingredients :
- 1 mug of Medjool dates
- 1 packet of dried frozen mangoes
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 mug of raw cashew nuts
- 1/2 mug of grated coconut
- 1 teaspoon of water
Preparation :
- Mix the mangoes in a blender until they become powder
- Mix the dates, mango powder, cashews, turmeric, coconut and water
- Shape balls with your hands
