Healthy mug

Even with a healthy diet, you can enjoy chocolate and oatmeal mugs for your brunches! What are you waiting for?

Ingredients :

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 20g oatmeal
  • 10g chocolate chips

Preparation :

  • Pour the egg and the oatmeal in a mug.
  • Peel a ripe banana and mash it, Then add it into the mug
  • Pour in the chocolate chips.
  • Mix until all are fully incorporated, then put the mug in the microwave for 3 minutes
  • Once baked, add a warm teaspoon of Tazej Mandarine
