Ingredients :
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 350g meat (Shoulder of lamb)
- Coriander and celery
- 100 g of chickpeas
- 100 g lentils
- Oil, Smen, concentrated tomato
- Spices: Turmeric, ginger, Ras El Hanout, paprika, salt, pepper, vermicelli. a clove of garlic
Preparation :
- Brown the pieces of meat with onions in a saucepan.
- Add the tomatoes and simmer with the spices, then add the lentils and chickpeas.
- Add hot water and let the meat cook.
- Once the meat is tender, take two tablespoons of the sauce and add 1 tablespoon of flour with lemon juice.
- Mix and add to the soup to thicken it. Finally, add the vermicelli.
