Moussaka
Ingredients :
- 2 onions
- 600 g minced meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- 600 ml tomato pulp
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 eggplants
- For the bechamel sauce:
- 50g butter
- 100g of flour
- 400 ml milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- 1 egg
Preparation :
- Start by preparing the minced meat, brown the onions in oil, then add the minced meat and garlic, add salt and pepper, then the tomatoes and mix well.
- Cut the eggplants into slices and fry them.
- For the bechamel sauce:
- Melt the butter, add the flour and mix.
- Then add the milk slowly while mixing, put the spices as soon as the preparation is thick, add the eggs, mix well and remove from the heat.
- In a gratin dish, add a layer of eggplant, a layer of minced meat sauce, and repeat this again, then for the last layer put a layer of eggplant and the béchamel sauce.
- Bake at 180 degrees.
