Chocolate mousse
Ingredients :
- 140g dark chocolate
- 40g milk chocolate
- 150g full-cream milk
- 290 g liquid cream
- 75 g roasted and salted peanuts
- 35g of sugar
- 20 g of water
Preparation :
- Chop the dark chocolate and the milk chocolate, mix them.
- Heat the milk and pour it over the chocolate mixture.
- Mix a little and let it melt.
- Beat the liquid cream.
- After the chocolate has melted, add the whipped liquid cream.
- Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- For decoration, brown the peanuts in sugar and a little water until the mixture caramelizes.
- Spread it out on baking paper to let it cool, then cut it out for dressing.
- Let everything cool for 40 minutes before eating it.
