Chocolate mousse

Ingredients :

  • 140g dark chocolate
  • 40g milk chocolate
  • 150g full-cream milk
  • 290 g liquid cream
  • 75 g roasted and salted peanuts
  • 35g of sugar
  • 20 g of water

Preparation :

  • Chop the dark chocolate and the milk chocolate, mix them.
  • Heat the milk and pour it over the chocolate mixture.
  • Mix a little and let it melt.
  • Beat the liquid cream.
  • After the chocolate has melted, add the whipped liquid cream.
  • Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • For decoration, brown the peanuts in sugar and a little water until the mixture caramelizes.
  • Spread it out on baking paper to let it cool, then cut it out for dressing.
  • Let everything cool for 40 minutes before eating it.
