Ingredients :
- Dioul leaves
- 250g chicken in small pieces
- 250 g of prawns
- 25 g mushroom
- 90 g of vermicelli (pre-moistened with hot water then filtered)
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- A little ginger
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
Preparation :
- Start moistening the vermicelli in boiling water and let them dissolve for a few minutes then let filter.
- Then, in a frying pan, fry the chicken, set aside. Add the shrimp, towards him
- Combine the carrots, onions, mushrooms, ginger and garlic.
- Remove from the heat,
- Add the soy sauce, sugar, eggs.
- Mix everything together and chop them in an electric food processor.
- Shape your spring rolls with Dioul leaves.
- Fry them and enjoy.
