Ingredients :

  • 90 g of vermicelli (pre-moistened with hot water then filtered)

  • A little ginger
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic

Preparation :

  • Start moistening the vermicelli in boiling water and let them dissolve for a few minutes then let filter.
  • Then, in a frying pan, fry the chicken, set aside. Add the shrimp, towards him
  • Combine the carrots, onions, mushrooms, ginger and garlic.
  • Remove from the heat,
  • Add the soy sauce, sugar, eggs.
  • Mix everything together and chop them in an electric food processor.
  • Shape your spring rolls with Dioul leaves.
  • Fry them and enjoy.
