Ingredients :

  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Tomato couli 150 ml
  • 4 merguez
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of mash
  • Red pepper (Driss)
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cumin
  • Salt, parsley, and cilantro
  • A little oil

Preparation :

  • In a pot, start by sautéing the onions, add the pepper, garlic and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add the tomato coulis, water and spices, salt, mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Then add the merguez and cook.
  • Finally, break the eggs on top and let everything cook for one last time.
