Ingredients :
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Tomato couli 150 ml
- 4 merguez
- 4 eggs
- 150 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of mash
- Red pepper (Driss)
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon of cumin
- Salt, parsley, and cilantro
- A little oil
Preparation :
- In a pot, start by sautéing the onions, add the pepper, garlic and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the tomato coulis, water and spices, salt, mix and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add the merguez and cook.
- Finally, break the eggs on top and let everything cook for one last time.
