Ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 20g soft butter
  • 320 ml hot milk
  • Yudan (preparation to optimize the rising of the dough):
  • 100g of flour
  • 100 g of boiling water

Preparation :

  • First of all, prepare your Yudan, mix the flour with boiling water, and put them in the bowl.
  • Add the flour, salt, baking powder, powdered milk and milk and leave to mix. At the same time, add the butter, leave it smooth and knead.
  • Let rise for an hour to an hour and 30 minutes, then knead a second time and form balls of about 90g.
  • Let rise for 30 to 45 minutes, brush them, sprinkle over the sesame and cook at 180 ° C for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Finally, present them with minced meat, tomatoes, cheese and salad.
