Healthy French toast
Start your day with a wholemeal bread and banana. A healthy and a delicious meal !
Ingredients :
- 4 large slices of whole bread.
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of butter.
- A few drops of vanilla extract.
Preparation :
- Mix the eggs, banana and vanilla.
- Put the mixture into a small bowl.
- Dip the slices of bread in the mixture.
- In a frying pan, heat the butter.
- Fry each slice of bread for about 2-3 minutes.
