Healthy French toast

Start your day with a wholemeal bread and banana. A healthy and a delicious meal !

Ingredients :

  • 4 large slices of whole bread.
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of butter.
  • A few drops of vanilla extract.

Preparation :

  • Mix the eggs, banana and vanilla.
  • Put the mixture into a small bowl.
  • Dip the slices of bread in the mixture.
  • In a frying pan, heat the butter.
  • Fry each slice of bread for about 2-3 minutes.
