Neapolitan pizza

Ingredients :

  • Dough:
  • 300 g of flour
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 ملعقة كبيرة زبدة
  • Salt
  • 200 to 220 ml of lukewarm water
  • Tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh basil and olive oil

Preparation :

  • Mix the ingredients: flour, oil, butter, salt and finally lukewarm water.
  • Let the mixture knead for a few minutes in a kneader.
  • Let the dough rise for about two hours.
  • Degass the dough and form two balls.
  • Flatten the dough with your hands (for a better result).
  • Garnish with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil and cook in a preheated oven at 250 ° C for 15 to 20 minutes.
