Neapolitan pizza
Ingredients :
- Dough:
- 300 g of flour
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 ملعقة كبيرة زبدة
- Salt
- 200 to 220 ml of lukewarm water
- Tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh basil and olive oil
Preparation :
- Mix the ingredients: flour, oil, butter, salt and finally lukewarm water.
- Let the mixture knead for a few minutes in a kneader.
- Let the dough rise for about two hours.
- Degass the dough and form two balls.
- Flatten the dough with your hands (for a better result).
- Garnish with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil and cook in a preheated oven at 250 ° C for 15 to 20 minutes.
