Peruvian salad

Ingredients :

  • 500g of potatoes
  • 2 boxes of tuna
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 teaspoons of mayonnaise
  • Salt, pepper, chili.
  • A few cherry tomatoes for garnish

Preparation :

  • Cook the potatoes in salted water, mash them.
  • Add oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
  • In a circle, arrange a layer of potatoes, a layer of tuna with mayonnaise, a layer of tomatoes, a layer of potatoes, eggs, a lemon crushed avocado, a layer of potatoes, cherry tomatoes for garnish.
