Peruvian salad
Ingredients :
- 500g of potatoes
- 2 boxes of tuna
- 1 avocado
- 3 eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 teaspoons of mayonnaise
- Salt, pepper, chili.
- A few cherry tomatoes for garnish
Preparation :
- Cook the potatoes in salted water, mash them.
- Add oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
- In a circle, arrange a layer of potatoes, a layer of tuna with mayonnaise, a layer of tomatoes, a layer of potatoes, eggs, a lemon crushed avocado, a layer of potatoes, cherry tomatoes for garnish.
