Potato soup
Ingredients :
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 chicken broth
- 2 leek
- 1 large cup of milk 300 ml
- 2 portion cheeses
- The water
Preparation :
- In a pot, heat the oil, brown the potatoes, leek, onions, salt and black pepper, simmer then add the chicken broth and cook everything.
- Once cooked, add the milk and cheese and serve it with toast.
