Potato soup

Ingredients :

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chicken broth
  • 2 leek
  • 1 large cup of milk 300 ml
  • 2 portion cheeses
  • The water

Preparation :

  • In a pot, heat the oil, brown the potatoes, leek, onions, salt and black pepper, simmer then add the chicken broth and cook everything.
  • Once cooked, add the milk and cheese and serve it with toast.
