Tikka Massala

Ingredients :

  • 500 g of meat cut into small cubes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • Liquid cream
  • Coriander, salt, pepper, paprika, curry, cumin, cinnamon, garam masala, boiling water, oil, clove of garlic.

Preparation :

  • In a pot, brown the pieces of meat in oil, a pinch of onion, garlic, spices and water, let cook.
  • Prepare a sauce with onions, tomatoes, yogurt, cream and spices.
  • Mix the onion, tomatoes, salt, cumin, garam masala, curry, paprika, pepper, mix, cook, add a little water, liquid cream, mix and cook until to obtain a thick sauce.
  • When the meat is cooked, add the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
