Tikka Massala
Ingredients :
- 500 g of meat cut into small cubes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tomato
- 1 natural yogurt
- Liquid cream
- Coriander, salt, pepper, paprika, curry, cumin, cinnamon, garam masala, boiling water, oil, clove of garlic.
Preparation :
- In a pot, brown the pieces of meat in oil, a pinch of onion, garlic, spices and water, let cook.
- Prepare a sauce with onions, tomatoes, yogurt, cream and spices.
- Mix the onion, tomatoes, salt, cumin, garam masala, curry, paprika, pepper, mix, cook, add a little water, liquid cream, mix and cook until to obtain a thick sauce.
- When the meat is cooked, add the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
