Tiramisu

Ingredients :

• 250 g of mascarpone cheese
• 2 eggs
• 70g of sugar
• Strawberry coulis
• Biscuit
• 250g strawberries (200g for the sauce and 50g for the garnish)

Preparation :

• Mix the strawberries, put them in the fridge.
• Mix the sugar, cheese and eggs with a mixer.
• Arrange the strawberry slices on the bottom of the presentation dish, dip the cookies in the coulis then place them on the strawberries, then cover with the preparation and the strawberry slices.
• Let it cool and decorate it with the strawberry coulis.
