Tortilla
Ingredients :
- 500 g flour
- 36 g of oil / butter mixture
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Lukewarm water (about 1 cup)
- Eau tiède (environ 1 tasse)
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
Preparation :
- Knead everything in a kneader for about 10 minutes. Shape 10 balls.
- Oil the balls, cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for 45 minutes.
- Roll out the balls thinly
- Cook them on each side in a pan then put them in a piece of soggy cloth.
