Tortilla

Ingredients :

  • 500 g flour
  • 36 g of oil / butter mixture
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Lukewarm water (about 1 cup)
  • Eau tiède (environ 1 tasse)
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar

Preparation :

  • Knead everything in a kneader for about 10 minutes. Shape 10 balls.
  • Oil the balls, cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for 45 minutes.
  • Roll out the balls thinly
  • Cook them on each side in a pan then put them in a piece of soggy cloth.
